Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the item by notifying us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns are FREE for notifications within 7 days, thereafter a returns carriage charge will apply, based on the actual cost of carriage by our supplier. Usually the cost of return after the 7 day period is £35 for large items and £25 for small items. 

Any goods to be returned must be repackaged in all the original packaging and in the manner as when received and in the original box received. The goods need to be in exactly same condition, new and packaged to the same standard as when received. 

In the unlikely event of a return please inform us with the details within 3 days, latest 7 days or as soon as possible by emailing service at support@deluxdeco.co.uk.

Problems on delivery ?

Naturally we endeavour to deliver all furniture in good condition. We spent a great deal of time talking to suppliers about packaging materials and methods to ensure that our goods arrive safely and we are continually improving an revising this to minimise and eliminate any such issues.

If you have goods that have been received with signs of transit damage or defect, please contact us directly by calling us on 08451283456 or emailing support@deluxdeco.co.uk with details.

We apologise for any inconvenience however we aim to remedy any problems or faults as soon as possible.

Delux Deco work with a major national repair service company called Homeserve and most minor issues can be resolved via a home visit by one of the technitions.
