We know it's a little tricky to buy furniture online and that's why you have the option to try the furniture in your home and return the goods if not completely satisfied. If you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the item by notifying us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Alternatively please take feel free to talk to an advisor or request a video call demonstration on the product you may be interested in. They can help advise and show you the product or finish materials prior to any online purchase. Our main aim is to provide you with as much relevant information as possible prior to any purchase. We are here to help! 

Returns at the point of delivery are FREE of charge and goods can be inspected to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The goods must be packaged back up in the same way as received using the existing materials (original packaging) or to the same standard as received and the goods must be as New. Any damaged packaging should be made good to ensure a safe return of the products. Please indicate any missing items or defects at the time you notify us of a return in writing. 

Once the buyer has taken delivery of the products and decided to try them out at home there is a returns charge as indicated on our Terms & Conditions.

Problems on delivery ?

Naturally, we endeavor to deliver all furniture in good condition. We spent a great deal of time talking to suppliers about packaging materials and methods to ensure that our goods arrive safely and we are continually improving and revising this to minimise and eliminate any such issues.

If you have goods that have been received with signs of transit damage or defect, please contact us directly by calling us on 08451283456 or emailing with details.

We apologise for any inconvenience however we aim to remedy any problems or faults as soon as possible.

Delux Deco work with a major national repair service company called Homeserve and most minor issues can be resolved via a home visit by one of the technicians.
