There are no middlemen, we don't stock goods and all orders come from the factory, directly to you. By cutting out all the costs and middlemen we can offer better value and superior quality. However, this does take up to 9 to 15 weeks. See the delivery time above as some items are faster delivery.

Includes a 2 man delivery team and room of choice delivery (1 man if small items). This does not include unpacking an assembly.

"In Production" – the goods are being made or sorted
"Ready to Ship" – the goods are ready to ship awaiting the next scheduled shipment
"Shipping" – the goods are shipping and should be with you within 5-6 weeks
"Delivery" - the goods are about to arrive and we are arranging your delivery

- Why are your prices so much lower ?
Delux Deco offers goods at up to 60% OFF high street prices because all our items come direct from the factory and goods are made on demand.
There are no middlemen, we don't stock goods and all orders come from factory ,directly to our customers. By cutting out all the overheads, we can pass significant cost savings to our customers.
- How long does delivery take ?
Delivery times vary from product to product so please see the delivery time indicated in the product description with each product.
- How can I track my order ?
You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order as we email and SMS regular updates. We will inform you when your purchase is being produced, ready to ship, shipping and when the item/s is ready for delivery. You would automatically have an account with us and may login at any time to view the latest details.
- What is the warranty on the products ?
We offer a 10 year or 15 year frame and springs guarantee for sofas plus 2 years on recliners & electrical. Some prodcuts in our essentials ranges are 5 years frame and springs warranty. Please see our warranty page for further details.
- What about returns ?
We offer FREE returns at the point of delivery allowing you to inspect and test your goods. You also have 14 days by law to return any goods. Please retain all the original packaging and contact us by email support@deluxdeco.co.uk in the unlikely event of a return.
- Can I request samples ?
Please see the swatch link at the bottom of the product description and order your samples. Most fabric samples are free whilst we request a refundable deposit for leather booklets. Please email us on support@deluxdeco.co.uk or what's app us our business account on 07563395527.
