- How can I track my order ?
You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order as we email and SMS regular updates. We will inform you when your purchase is being produced, ready to ship, shipping and when the item/s is ready for delivery. - What is the warranty on the products ?
We offer a 10 year or 15 year frame and springs guarantee for sofas plus 2 years on recliners & electrical. Some prodcuts in our essentials ranges are 5 years frame and springs warranty. Please see our warranty page for further details.
- What about returns ?
We offer FREE returns at the point of delivery allowing you to inspect and test your goods. You also have 14 days by law to return any goods. Please retain all the original packaging and contact us by email support@deluxdeco.co.uk in the unlikely event of a return.
- Can I request samples ?
