Power Requirement
32 Amp (Switched Power)
Hot tubs above 7.1 kw are the most powerful and offer dynamic pumps and impressive heaters. Where the energy required to power these exceeds 32 amps, a power switching mode allows the heater, circulation, and air pumps to operate independently – not simultaneously.
An electrician is required for installation.
Consult your electrician for advice if in any doubt.
Delivery
NB: Delivery by default is standard kerbside delivery. Please add Hot Tub Positioning Installation to have your hot tub put into position along with initial set up. This excludes any crane services which may be required. We can help locate suitable crane services however the responsiblity for this third party crane service would lie entirely with the customer.
Access
Please ensure you have considered access for your hot tub to be delivered to your desired location. The hot tub size is indicated, and you will need space by the side of your home or via your garden. Alternatively you may need a crane service.
The hot tub generally would be transported on end, so the height of the hot tub will translate to the width of access by the side of your home. Allow a further 20cm for manoeuvrability. You will also need a height which will be the width or depth of the tub (when flat) + about 20cm (spa trolley).

We offer FREE returns at the point of delivery allowing you to inspect and test your goods. You also have 14 days by law to return any goods. Please retain all the original packaging and contact us by email support@deluxdeco.co.uk in the unlikely event of a return.
