Our goods cost less because we have cut out all the middleman costs, warehousing and retail outlets costs, simply ordering direct from the supplier when you order.

In order that we can provide you with the lowest possible prices we do not operate any permanent shops, but we do currently have an outlet showing a selection of products in Windsor Berkshire.

We have a full fabric range including over 300 fabrics available for your selection and all the leather swatches for you to check the quality. Most sofas can be ordered on-site in any fabric choice. Additional charges may apply where fabric grades are upgraded.
When am I charged for my purchases?
As we order “on demand” direct from the factory we have to pay for the goods up front. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods or they are damaged we of course will exchange or refund any monies paid. Every aspect of your order is viewable online including its progress from order to production, shipment and finally delivery to you. You may log-in to your account at any time to see the current status and you will receive emails with important updates on your order, such as;

Sometimes you get it wrong or sometimes its not what you expect, that's why we offer a free 7 days returns policy. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the item within seven days of purchase as long as the item is in exactly the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition or original packaging we reserve the right to charge the return delivery charges, restocking and any potential repair or cleaning fees applicable. These charges may be deducted from your refund.

NB: Refunds Apply to:
- Orders placed for goods online and in-store and in the standard selection of fabrics and configurations on the Delux Deco website, or
- Orders for sofas in any fabric from the respective supplier, however all in one colour finish ( not mixed cushion colours ) and in a common colour choice, covering any grey tones, brown tones, wheat or ivory tones and any natural colour tones. This is to ensure that we are able to resell any returned item and therfor most common colour choices are refundable.
- Orders placed outwidth this selection and in bright colours or combination colours are classed as custom and not cancellable.
- Please email us on info@deluxdeco.co.uk if you are unsure wether your selection will retain the complete refund policy rights.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days and debited to your credit card or bank account.

Standard Delivery 8-14 Weeks
We buy direct from the factory on demand, when you place your order, thereby allowing us to offer fantastic quality at drastically reduced prices.
Breakdown of the process
3-4 weeks for production, 3-4 for consolidation and packing of your orders, 3-4 weeks for shipping and 1-2 weeks for local delivery in the UK. This is the maximum stipulated delivery time although we currently deliver 50% of our orders within 8-12 weeks.
Express Delivery 2-3 Weeks
If items are incredibly popular we may have stock which is available for express delivery. If this delivery options is available this will be clearly visable on the product details page below each product.
Delivery Costs
Delux Deco deliveries are free unless you require an additional service.
For Sofa orders, many of the items require the legs to be attached. If you would like for these to be attached for you upon delivery, this would incur a surcharge of £15. Details of wether the sofa comes with or without feet attached will be clearly indicated in the detailed description of each product and this is an optional service.
International Delivery
Global Partial Shipments over 3 CBM Volume
We can deliver any partial shipment anywhere in the world in aproximately 8-10 weeks. We take care of all the processing, special packaging, crating and ship door-to-door.
The minimum volume is 3 cubic meters ( CBM ) which roughtly equivelant to a large corner sofa in volume.

Product Care & Advice
Tips to extend the life of your luxury furniture.
With some extra care, your furniture will continue to attract admiring glances for that little bit longer, just follow a few simple steps to care for your new furniture.
On Delivery
- Please allow some space for the delivery people to manoeuvre your furniture into the desired position
- Have a quick check of your new item once unpacked to make sure you are completely satisfied before the delivery team leave
- Make sure the legs are attached securely
- If you have wooden or tiled floors we would recommend felt or rubber pads to protect your floor and make it easy for you to move the sofa whilst cleaning
NB: Leather and Fabric sofas with feather wrapped foam may be slightly flat or creased so please fluff the upholstery and the cushions to smooth out any marks as a result of the packaging.
Sofas Day to Day Care
- Try to plump and turn the cushions occasionally, to help reshape your cushions, extending their natural life
- Remove dust with your vacuum’s upholstery attachment. Try to avoid brushing fabric covers as this can damage the pile
- Fixed covers should be cleaned professionally once a year. NB: Make sure that covers are all cleaned together as some minor colour variance may occur after cleaning
- If you spill something on the upholstery blot this out with baby wipes if you have them or a damp cloth. Try to avoid hard detergents as this may not only clean, but discolour the fabric. Less is more, but any attempt at cleaning should be carried out as soon as possible after any spill.
Making it Last
- Try to keep your furniture away from direct sunlight, heat or air conditioning ducts
- Try to avoid over exposure to sunlight as this may cause fabrics and leather to fade
- Wipe your leather sofas with a damp cloth and mild soap occasionally
- Please avoid leaving newspapers on your furniture for too long as the ink may stain your sofas
- If you have a light coloured sofa, in particular pale leather, please be aware that colour from denim and non colour fast clothing can transfer to your furniture causing discoloration. The above newspaper clause also doubly applies.

We don’t just work with any furniture maker, we find only the best companies who have systemised manufacturing processes and rigorous quality control testing. All the materials used are tested for durability, construction methods are assessed and verified and the finishing process is checked to maintain a consistent high standard. Finally the packaging materials are tested to withstand and protect the goods from their journey direct to your door.
Logistics
All the goods are packaged into the containers by certified and experienced logistics partners to assure they arrive with you in the same condition as when they left our manufactures.

Free 5 Year Frame & Springs Guarantee
If within a period of 5 years from the date of delivery, any of our sofas should develop a fault in the frame as a result of defective components or workmanship, we will undertake to repair or replace (where necessary) free of charge.
Transportation is free of charge in the first year.
Payments
All payments are security enabled for 256-bit encryption. Please note the encryption is active when entering any transactional area on this website, as confirmed by the Green Lock and https on the top left, by the URL. Any data sent over the Internet is highly encrypted and our own servers are housed in an ultra secure data warehouse in London, continuously monitored by one of the world's leading companies to ensure total security. Credit card security

Most credit cards come with free protection for faulty, doesn't do what its supposed, or is not what you ordered or you didnt recieve the item insurance.
